Mall of Africa is the flagship retail development for Atterbury in the Waterfall Precinct. The scale of the retail project is unprecedented in Africa, and is the largest retail development in Africa done in a single phase. The gross building area of the project is nearly 500 000sqm.

Techno Stairs managed the impossible on this site by completing a massive 220 flights of fire escape staircases in a 6 month time frame.

The Leonardo is a 55-floor mixed-use property development in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa. The fourth tallest building in Africa and the tallest in South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa, it stands at a height of 234 metres (768 ft). With two main staircases running the entire height of the building, we at Techno stairs are proud to have been a part of this prestigious project.

Cradlestone Mall, a 76,000sqm development from Sasol Pension Fund, Pivotal Property Fund and Retail Africa. Techno Stairs completed over 100 fire escape and public staircases on this development.
