Off shutter moulds can be provided to sites where there is demand for the same flight of stairs which is to be implemented for several storeys or units, where it makes economic sense to acquire a durable, reusable and meticulously engineered steel stair mould.
In Comparison to any conventional wood formwork and shuttering, the Techno Stair’s off shutter mould is certainly an environmentally friendlier option.
Perhaps the largest benefit of acquiring an off-shutter mould is for fast track. The shuttering is a lot easier to strip and reassemble when compared to having construct a new shutter formwork each time.
In the design of our off-shutter moulds, we have created a way to remove the formwork the very next day following cast of concrete, where replacing the falsework to the stair, so that the next stair can be readied for cast immediately after, which means that the off-shutter mould never loses a single day of production.
